I would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home. They were top notch all the way.
From the very early stages of our initial new home search, we felt we were in the best of hands with McNaughton Homes. Everyone was very professional, courteous and patient with us as we went through the process of picking a home to build, all the way through to the end of the build. Everyone we came in contact with treated us with such respect. Michelle Hood was particularly helpful throughout the entire process. During the design phase, she made recommendations to us that we would not have thought of on our own and made the process of selecting everything so much fun. She is very knowledgeable of the process and walked us through each step of the way and was always quick to respond to our many questions and concerns.
Mark Nornhold was extremely helpful and courteous to us as well. He answered all of our questions about the home once it was built and ready to be moved into. He went through the entire house with us, explaining everything, how things work, the warranties of various items and who to call in the event of emergencies or questions after we were in the house. He was very pleasant to work with and has an extreme knowledge of the entire construction process.
Mark McNaughton gave us an overview of our house plans during our initial construction meeting. He pointed out things to us and explained the why’s, the how’s and the what’s. He was patient with us during our meeting as I had many questions and he took the time to explain everything and answer any follow up questions I had. He explained things in a way that made me understand them, which I appreciated.
